1. I use photoshop.
2. Brushes = http://www.brusheezy.com/
3. Backgrounds = Google or more pictures merged together by me.
3. Images = A lil research here and there.
But mainly i got all my stuff from a GFX package from youtube. Don't remember the name but's pretty big.
