New Character, not getting flags.

So far I love the benefits with the gold membership, but there is one problem. I make some characters and soon have to delete them, for death or other reasons, but the newest one I had made so far, did not have any of the flags I was supposed to get. My other characters have their flags still but each new one I make now does not have any. This problem just started, I don't know if its a glitch or something.

Not a glitch your new characters don't get flags just ask an admin for them.
