Ive had this before, Go to steam - garry'smod- right click - properties - set launch options - dxlevel 90. Run garrys mod, then it should work, once its loaded you can get rid of it in the options
The cases in the game are NOT real cases, if you read the beggining it clearly says "Fictonal" now on with the opinions, I find it a very challenging game becuase if you lack evidence you could send the wrong guy to jail, messing up your reputation. Even though the game might be difficult, it makes it more enjoyable to find all the clues.
