IC Character Name: John Colt

1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.
My character has wanted to do something about the rebels ever Since his brother died, to a group of rebels that wanted to recruit John. Who thought, he was working with the CP. During the encounter John was also attacked, leaving a scar across his right eye. He was left alive for unknown reasons. Now John wishes to kill all rebels, to avenge his brother. The only thing is though, how could he?
Later my character found out that the CP’s were recruiting some of the most loyal citizens. He then began to help any CP that needed assistance, no matter what the task was. For almost one month John was working hard to earn any loyalist points he could. Then he had finally earned the loyalist armband!
Soon after John got his loyalist armband his sister died further fueling Him need for revenge. His sister was being held by someone in his apartment. John was able to break open the first door into the apartment but his sister was in the bathroom along with the person holding her captive. By this time John did not have enough strength left to bust open the next door, since he was hungry at this time. When the door opened the man who had held his sister captive left unchallenged since John by this time only cared about weather his sister was safe or not.
Now John has recently gained enough courage to go ahead and apply to become one of the newest CP’s. After sending in his application to become a CP, John anxiously awaited a reply from the Universal Union. After about 2 weeks of waiting John was beginning to think he had gotten declined. Three days later a letter arrived from the Universal Union. Will he get accepted, or denied?

2) Please detail your characters traits. (Eg, Pure, Lawful, Trustworthy)
My character is trustworthy, he has only broken one promise in his life. He is stronger than the average person. Lawful, as in he will report any rebellious activity to the CP’s since he is just one person. Nice to those that are innocent, but mean to those who are guilty.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.
I think I’ll be trained to take down even some of the strongest citizens. I expect to protect the innocent by taking down the resistance, whenever and wherever they strike. When I first join I expect to be pushed around a little bit by the higher ranking CP’s, but I won’t mind. I’m most likely going to get flooded with new responsibilities, but I think I’ll be able to stay calm under the pressure. By the time training is complete I think I’ll have everything figured out, well I’ll know what everything means and what to do at the very least.
I imagine things will be organized to a degree where everyone will know what they need to do. I imagine that if I become a CP I will be able to become a better role-player then I am now. I’ll need to stay on guard at all times, when I go on patrol so citizens don’t gang up on me. I think some citizens will hate me, and others will look up to me but no matter what my loyalty to the Universal Union will not falter.

4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.
John was born inside a poor family, as the youngest member. he was living with his parents, his 8 year old big brother and five year old big sister in a small house, sharing rooms with each other.
They lived outside town surrounded by forest, so takes the bus to school daily, always arriving too late.
By the time he was nine, his brother left to the city in an attempt to get a job to earn money for the family.   At the age of 14. John got kicked out of school, for not coming in some days and refusing to do his homework.
Because of this john was forced to be home schooled by his mother, only learning what his mother knew. his father worked as a cloak worker, coming home late, usually around 2am, and his mother worked in a clothes store.
At the age of 19, the 7 hour war began, his big brother was in the military and was forced to fight the combine. his big sister was medically trained, so she left them too to help the injured soldiers from the fights.
Now john, and his parents where alone. Hiding in their house, seeing the combine taking more and more of the city. he knew that his sister and brother were down there somewhere, if they weren’t dead or captured...
Weeks after the seven hour war started, a canister suddenly smashed into their house knocking out her father. John was asleep at the moment, but  was instantly awoken by the sound of the canister. he walked outside his room and immediately saw the headcrabs,  already beginning to take over his father, burying into his flesh. his mother tried to to fight them with a kitchen knife, but got overrun. john ran inside his room again. Closing and locking his doors and windows, trying  not to panic.
Two days after the headcrab attack, john was starving, thirsty and all alone. Hearing the moans coming from  outside his door. he was afraid. What was it?. he just tried to keep it out of his head.
The third day and he was nearly unconscious. he heard what sounded like a car. Just as he was losing consciousness, he heard something running inside, firing a few shots.
When he awoke again, two men were staring nervously at him. Between them they had both food and a glass of water. A small pistol was resting on a table to the right of one of the strangers. Before she could say or ask about anything they gave him the food, demanding that he ate and drank it..
After he had eaten, they  took john outside.he screamed. he saw the bodies of his parents lying dead on the floor. Their stomach torn apart, guts and blood laying all over the floor. Headcrab bodies were dotted around the room, some lying dead on the furniture.. he fainted at the sight.
he woke up again later inside a small building, one after one, each of the two people who saved their life, and were being processed. A strange person with a strange mask was asking for their name, surname, birthday and other information. Eventually it was john's turn. he gave in his information and proceeded to sit with her rescuers. Before they were released they got issued their CID Card. john received the CID: #54539. he was handed a jumpsuit, and was told to put it on. he now lived in city 11.
After days in the city he had learned the rules, what to do and what not to do. he decided he wanted to be loyal to the combine, making sure he didn’t have the same as her parents . After days in City 11 he got to know Cecilia Henriksen. They started to live together in a small apartment. What john didn’t know, was that Cecilia was not loyal, but the opposite. Trying to crush the Combine reign. After months in city 11 they were told to move to the train station together with everyone else. At the checkpoint, john passed with ease, but Cecilia was forced to stay back and two Civil Protection units took her away.
john had to leave her behind, not knowing what would happen to her. he stepped on the train, looking back for Cecilia, who was disappeared. In the train they were told, they were to be relocated to city 45 because of city 11's damage.. At city 45 john asked a CP about what happened to Cecilia. The CP just told her to move along. john started his life in city 45, all alone, with no friends. Only with one objective. To be successful, to be loyal. And to join the Union. Why? Because he had nowhere else to go...

My most memorable RP experience was when I turned the dark RP mayor job into a more serious job by making a senate and having the senate, and I vote on laws that are proposed by members of the senate.
