IC Character Name: Frank Collins
1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.Frank Collins has been a rather determined young man with a passion to join the Combine Civil Authority, he feels that joining such an great organization he can try and show what he is capable of, seeing people on the streets of City 45 distressed or seeing people abusing one another he wants to help these people, he wants to make the people of City 45 feel safer to walk, to sleep, to eat and to shop in peace, joining the Combine Civil Authority will give Frank the future he wants, a future where his passion and determination can be put into good use he wants make his late father proud of what he can achieve.
It can lead my character to do many things, things which can help others it can make him feel he is part of something special it can lead him to develop as a person, he is trying carry on with his life he is trying to lead a normal life in fact, he wants to help the Combine keep order in City 45 and to keep the peace.
Frank Collins belives in joining the Combine Civil Authority can not only benefit him but the Citizens of City 45, he wants to be able show that he can do a job thats worth doing, he has worked hard to get where he is he gone around helping others in need some were grateful and some wernt, he feels that the people who helped him settle in City 45 he wants to repay not just them but everyone in City 45 and by joining the Combine Civil Authority Frank help the Citizens of City 45 feel safe and secure.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.For Frank Collins I expect the Combine Civil Authority to be challenging to be an opportunity of a lifetime, it can give him a chance to make something of his life to make him feel that he has a part play in City 45, I feel the Combine Civil Authority can help Frank achieve what he has always wanted to do which is making City 45 feel a safer anda great place to live in, he also feels that being part of the CCA it is almost being part of a family and he reckons he will feel at home.
For me the Combine Civil Authority can help me improve my Role-Playing techniques and help me experience more advanced Role-Playing, joining the Combine Civil Authority make feel part of a team, it can make me feel that it is a real job and thats how I feel Role-Playing is like.
4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.Frank Collins was born 17th March 1982, in Lincolnshire, England he was the only child his parents had, he was a happy child always dreamt of doing what his father did which was working as a Lorry driver, at school he was just an ordinary pupil always tried to stay out of trouble although sometimes trouble found him, he was subjected to bullying throughout his school life, he left school at the age of 16, had trouble finding a job he still wanted to do what his father did but he did not have the necessary qualifications, so instead he found a job in a metal making factor which he quite enjoyed working for he worked there for 8 years, he left due to health issues, for 2 years he went unemployed then his father who got promoted to management, so then his father employed him as a warehouseman so Frank's job was to make sure the lorry trailers where full up to be transported to there respective shops and warehouses he stayed in the job until the 7 Hour War at the start of the war Frank and his parents try to flee Britain they were travelling on board a plane heading towards europe, when suddenly they came under attack by some strange alien aircraft the plane went down fast crashing in the middle of a corn field just outside the borders of Germany, somehow Frank survived but his mother didint he couldint find his father in wreckage so he walked towards Germany after a days walk he came across a village it was overrun by Combine forces, Frank collapsed just by a Combine checkpoint because of lack food and water some of the Combine soldiers took him to a medical centre in was once known as Berlin, where he then recovered he was then transported to City 8 where he spent 3 months where he received a letter from his father saying he was in City 45 Frank then transferred to City 45, upon arrival he searched for his father he then learned that his father was murderd by one of its citizens after the news broke to him vowed to join the Combine Civil Authority to try and stop murdering and to try and bring order to the city.
