Primarily single-player series have made multiplayer variants before (i.e. Ultima Online, which actually became very sucessfull).
I'm rather glad they named it TES Online instead of TES 6: Online, like they did with Final Fantasy 11 and 14 instead of making them a seperate spin-off series. 4

What if you added some sort of guide to the "Directory" in the tab menu? at the moment all it seems to have is just CCA voice commands.
I doubt anyone would watch a video if they could skip it, maybe if you make it entertaining somehow then just a stupid lecture maybe it could work.
