Is this your forum account or is it your friends?

Is this (STEAM_0:0:14218119) your SteamID, or is it your friends?

If that is not your SteamID, why dont you not just use your own account?

If you cannot remember your account details, give me your SteamID and i will reset your account and PM you the new information.

Here's the exact story.


This forum account was made a couple weeks after I inherited the steam account because my original steam account was taken over by some douchebag.  I've already gone over the multiple procedures to get my steam account back however all of my games were gifted so there was no credit card.

That steam ID is my steam ID as of now. 

I don't have my own steam account because of the reasons above.

IF you can't remove the bans can you at least tell me why the hell I have them in the first place?  I searched and I can't find any reason...
