City 11 may be new for the community, but it's no where near new for a HL2RP community. I've used it many times and believe me it get's old quick, but I'm happy for a change for the community. I'm mainly happy with any map that is detailed and look's good on the eyes, because RP is not based on the people you RP with it's based on your performance and willingness to overlook small things.

I love white forest, canals or even a coastal map. But TBH, this map is too big and a lot of travelling to actually get into any form of RP. If it was changed to something more confined, it would be more successful.

It's very, very good to have you back. Retro Is in the process of creating a map, it's based in a desert environment and it looks highly detailed and well thought out. I'd suggest giving this map a go, as the Idea he is going for is something unique and that has not been used before. The Problem I have with this is the fact that you already had had Three black marks in total before the two I gave you.
I was told to give you the black-marks because of your Past offenses.
Now, With Skeptik, I was obeying fearRP, He told me to get on a wall (With his Stunstick out) So I RPd running off. I was then shot in the leg, which I began to PainRP with, Before 350 ran up to me and shot me in the head.
Unsure of what to do, I gave chase, when I caught up to him at the edge of the D2 tunnel, I pulled my pistol and shot him. If you were Unsure what to do, Why did you resort to Shooting me at first instinct?
Couldn't you have just respawned yourself and started over before I shot you? Not all learning experiences involve harsh punishments.
You are an 03, You had Two Blackmarks given as a recruit, and one as a 04.
You broke rules, you were punished.
You break more rules, you are punished harder.
Well that clears it up, I was going to mention if you do not know what is going on. Don't do anything like what you did, because 90% of the time, it's nothing serious.

I do the same thing. If the person is/was a minge runner, you have every right to shoot them. Everybody does it, however if it was role-played then there is an issue. However what you have stated is that the person was not obeying the rules of fearRP. It seems there is a big misunderstanding on either side.
