Forgive me for this, but what was the point of this update if all we did is disable a few things?
It was intended to have a new boat for coast guards but it didn't because the model had a horrible collision box and was very small.

 Server Update
- Dropping an RPG now only takes 1 RPG ammo.
- Fishing Equipment auto refund disabled temporarily.
- Voice chat whitelist disabled temporarily. Everyone can use Voice Chat.
- Changed some intro stuff.
Fixed Fish Containers "Property" text font changing sometimes. Seems to be impossible to fix while using 3D2D text drawing in entity draw function.
More updates to come soon.

Changes: - Fixed a weld crash exploit.
- Fixed RPG ammo exploit.
- Using voice chat now requires a whitelist.

Server Update
- Recoded Yacht steering and made it more 'sturdy'.
- Recoded Fishing Boat steering and made it more 'sturdy'.
- Yacht now sinks slowly instead of the half a second sink as before.
- Fishing Boat now sinks slowly(slower than the Yacht) instead of the half a second sink as before.
- Added boat horns to SC-1, Yacht and the Fishing Boat. ALT(walk button) to use.
- Fixed H500 seat changing bug.
- Fixed an exploit with physgun.
- Added an admin tool to help with administrating.
