If this user is used in other scripts executed by PHP 5.2 or earlier you might need to remove the old-passwords flag from your my.cnf file
i got the same thing when the site goes down sometimes the bans page goes down i think thats the reason why

Skeptic that was VERY uncalled for this is a serous topic not one that u can say something like that and think everyone will like it. next time think before you post. Im sad that im leaving for a few months because of personal reasons But i will miss u all.
